Craig Cortello

Craig Cortello is a 17 year veteran of the professional services, manufacturing, and process industries with 11 years in professional sales and sales management.  He has secured business and negotiated Master Service Agreements with Fortune 500 accounts.  He has also developed and presented corporate training programs integrating sound business principles linked to specific work challenges with music, role play, and team-building activities to produce entertaining, high-impact sessions acclaimed by participants and managers alike.

He believes that establishing trust and credibility by educating customers, giving them a greater understanding of how a product or service provides value, and selling only when the transaction is a "Win-Win" for both parties is the only way to ensure loyal customers and long-term success.

He is also an accomplished musician and the founder of La Dolce Vita Publishing Co. (ASCAP).  He credits much of his success in sales to creativity that was enriched through exposure to and involvement in music and the arts.

Kim Cortello is an experienced industrial customer service professional. She has handled logistics, pricing, delivery, inventory, training, and contractual requirements for demanding industrial accounts, and her dedication to client satisfaction is impressive.

Kim has also developed and implemented standardized training procedures for new customer service representatives, establishing hubs for new business growth in the process.
